What do you like best about your company?

The people that I work with genuinely care.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Communication from executive management, fixing compensation and equity imbalance

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was a short process, signing bonus for joining ASAP was worth it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If I was paid market rate, had equity or access to bonuses to fairly compensate my role, I might feel valued.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a small team with a large remit. We work diligently with the little resources we have given the lack of value the organisation has for us.

What makes you most happy at work?

Some of the projects I own are amazingly technical and is a non stop learning and development experience. These keep me going over the hours of meetings or mundane work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Open communication, leadership being available and not closed off to line employees. We have amazing people, the company could be amazing if our survey results were actioned, instead of the whims of our VC and Board investors
