I'd say the health insurance has been huge, we're seeing new plans today, so as a backup there I'd say just the whole stack of "little" things that really add up. The snacks to my door, thought to pay $50 for internet (not about the $), ES team to help with putting it all together.

Despite our size, it's nearly impossible to find someone who isn't only willing to help out others but is openly advocating or seeking opportunities to help so we can accomplish our team/company goals.
