Mixed. I think ACG is a great company and i want to be here and believe in this mission, that goes a long way. I've had a lot of movement in the company and with that a lot of managers and styles. That experience doesn't always feel aligned with the company as a whole. The good is great, bad is meh.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Answered a bit earlier, but just the humble attitudes paired with being really good at their jobs. It's really rare to find this many humble geniuses and really motivating to embody those same values.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making an impact. It sounds corny, but just want to do work that actually results in improvement and that drives me as much as anything. After that I'd say connection with coworkers and team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Real people, striving for better, and being as transparent as makes sense in showing the hiccups and mistakes along the way. Acknowledging the mistakes makes me more comfortable with our direction and confident that they'll keep trying for better and correcting as we go.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is pretty rough right now as we work through some issues. Coworkers as a whole are amazing and love interacting with them. I'd say the best things are the humble attitude that comes from top to bottom. Rare to find so many humble, capable, high performing people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'd say the health insurance has been huge, we're seeing new plans today, so as a backup there I'd say just the whole stack of "little" things that really add up. The snacks to my door, thought to pay $50 for internet (not about the $), ES team to help with putting it all together.
