openness, nobody ever feels like they are on their own or left out. Everyone looks out for one another and supports each other.

Everyone is really supportive. I love our slack channels and how everyone is always there to celebrate not only in company or team wins but also individual wins - like when people get new certifications! People are so nice and supportive "great job" "way to go"

The recruiters are looking for values-aligned people, not where you went to school or where you work. It's all about who you are as a person.

I loved getting face to face time with people on my team and also people I would work really closely with. I felt like it was a quick interview process but also really efficient use of my time.
