the transparency and even though we are not a part of the actual decision making process, they share all of the options with us to move towards the goals they choose each year. I love knowing they don't just have three OKRs but have carefully and thoughtfully narrowed them down to three.

Transparency, honesty, and humanity. It doesn't really feel like anyone is just a title or a role. They are all humans sharing their stories on an equal level. No one is too good or "too high up" to be vulnerable or connect.
