They "Keep it fun"! There are always virtual events setup to keep us all together.

I work in support and I have never felt more appreciated and acknowledged by the leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication! While working remotely communication is key! Everyone on my team and in the company is always available and happy to collaborate.
