What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about the wellbeing of their people, and are super transparent. They're just good humans.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am an early employee, so ACG honored that by giving me stock options. It's a huge reason I stay committed to ACG.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the best place I've ever worked, and I'm not sure if I'll ever find a place better. Everything is just... good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are some of my best friends. I hang out with them outside of work. They're really funny and down-to-earth.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters are looking for values-aligned people, not where you went to school or where you work. It's all about who you are as a person.
