It has been fantastic overall! I came in during COVID so it has been different than what it might have been but the culture that has been maintained during remote structure is crazy. I feel they have done the best anyone could do to onboard people remotely.
What makes you most happy at work?
Small team interactions and verbal "pats on the back"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is decent and doesn't leave the sales team desperate to be ruthless in any way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is a cheerleader. They truly want everyone to do well and have no ego about congratulating even the small wins
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency. I have been with a company that joked this was an "added core value" and it turned out to be the opposite. I truly believe my leadership and love their accountability
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positivity but acceptance of truth. No one is masking emotions or how they feel and leadership gives time for gripes, but the attitude of most employees is to vent and move on in a positive way
