It has been a wild ride! The company has grown rapidly and so have I. It's been fast-paced and exciting. I am happy we have been able to strengthen the family-like culture as we grew and it didn't become overly hierarchical or dictatorial

I feel I am being paid fairly for my contribution.

I love seeing people grow and get excited about the challenges they are solving for the customers

Everyone is growth-minded, open to experimenting and trying new things. They are also warm and friendly which makes it fun to be at work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a shared sense of excellence and we all assume good intentions. People are open and upfront about things that aren't working so they get improved pretty quickly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They live what they say - they are transparent and honest. Sometimes company values get paid lip service but the leadership is vocal about how they live the values. I also like the attitude of continuous improvement. It feels like I have a voice and my ideas are taken on board.
