What is the best part about your compensation package?

Learning! Love that I am encouraged and enabled to grow myself professionally.

What makes you most happy at work?

My teammates and managers. They are truly the greatest group of humans. I am honored to spend 10+ hours a day with them.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The team is excellent at being as transparent and forthcoming as possible. While there is always a sense of optimism, the honesty is refreshing and makes me feel trusted as an employee.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are all HUMAN. We all have bad days and great ones, and we are each there to support each other like a family. No one left behind. No one working alone. Epic teamwork and caring across the board.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Transparency, honesty, and humanity. It doesn't really feel like anyone is just a title or a role. They are all humans sharing their stories on an equal level. No one is too good or "too high up" to be vulnerable or connect.
