It is horrible. Management is incompetent, co-workers are unfriendly and underlings are insubordinate. Human Resources should be renamed Useless Resources.

I am not paid what I should be and an increase would be helpful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Direction, communication and training are needed. Appreciation for accomplishments are a definite plus. An increase in salary, better benefits and promotions would help.
