Most of them are very sweet and amazing people just trying to work way harder than they should be having to just to feed their families and with how inflation is going their pay can barely pay bills let alone feed their families. You cant even live a comfortable life with this job

There are no meeting / no training of new employees/ no conquences for employees who don't follow the rules
