Well its a good company but things need to change on being rude to. Your employees

the leadership team is the best

vision for the company and each other

Best in market share overall

Some supervisor don't know how to talk to employees.

Being ahead of everything and not afraid to bend some rules to get the job done more efficient

Learn how. To. Train people. And stop threaten people

They need to start caring about their workers

Being running an Ethical branch

We know the client comes first but that doesn't mean that you treat your staff like garbage.

Being leaders, quite honestly. Lack of communications and ignorance about the actual problems at the facilities they manage are the primary issues.

Communication with all employees instead of their friends and do a better job being more professional and take their job more serious and stop sitting in the office eating all day
