Well its a good company but things need to change on being rude to. Your employees
the leadership team is the best

Being leaders, quite honestly. Lack of communications and ignorance about the actual problems at the facilities they manage are the primary issues.
Communication with all employees instead of their friends and do a better job being more professional and take their job more serious and stop sitting in the office eating all day
