I walk 15 to 25 miles a day to do my job and would like to get better benefits and pay for what we do

I am new and no one talks to me or they talk behind my back. and the managers gossip with them about certain people.

When they have meetings nothing important is addressed and the meeting is over before we know it. Management hasn't had a meeting about the cov19 and I am a janitor

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My buildings have been amazing through my journey. I loved sharing my knowledge/ experiences. People I met were amazing. However this current experience I'm very under valued. My manager dosen't trust anyone, always questioning us and telling us to be a team but don't talk to each other.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to be redirected and to be fully focused on ABM and there employees. At no point during covid-19 were we able to stay 6 feet apart. Now it's just getting ridiculous. I probably had 75 to 100 people in my building alone just today. I'm so frustrated
