Moved up very quickly which I enjoy. However, us as coaches are expected to more work then our supervisors at a really crap rate of pay. Not including the countless other locations and departments that are not my responsibility that I have to be in charge of.

Listening. Implementation of new process. Listening.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we all agree it's a joke for last year.

The best part of the interview coming in as an agent is that you get to listen to a few calls.

The people. They want so badly to help but upper management refuses to view us as people. We are just a number of course.
