I love working for Ally, they are very oriented to the employee and their well-being all around. They are nice and warm and love how fast paced the job is. Everyone i talked to seems really nice, of course you tend to connect with one over another person, but that is just how you click and connect.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all spread all over the place, they all seem nice and genuine, some are more timid some are more outgoing but everyone is welcoming and not intimidating. They were very generous with their training and info they shared during my first weeks
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The HR Leadership team is incredible. I have never met an HR team more connected to the employee base, to the real needs and looking to improve every aspect possible. I love how they welcome new employees and how interested in your career growth they are.
