It's hard to choose. The benefits are better than other financial services companies I've worked for - they have mental health, family leave, volunteer time off, etc. They also have a stock award for each employee which makes people feel like owners from the bottom to the top.

All of the Weaverville and Jacksonville operations leadership is men as they only promote men in the small call center offices. Women are objectified, ignored, dismissed, and not paid as well. There is a support group for everything and anything. Ally is very strong about training to be aware of others and how we may offend someone without even knowing it. I'm a huge fan of Ally being one of the largest sponsors of Nascar. Ally is very generous with sponsorships.
Very inclusive company. ERGs are advertised well.
