There is a support group for everything and anything. Ally is very strong about training to be aware of others and how we may offend someone without even knowing it. I'm a huge fan of Ally being one of the largest sponsors of Nascar. Ally is very generous with sponsorships.

There are many activities based around what are called erg's they are groups of people such as lgbt, veterans, etc. but everyone is encouraged and welcomed in the groups.

They spend more time focusing on bringing us back into office when they know we don't want to come back than they do actually making a healthy workplace. We want to stay remote. We don't want to go back to environments with constant microagressions.
