Everyone is working toward the same goals.

Leadership is always pushing you to learn more. They want to support your career goals to include paying for training, giving access to self training.

The executive team seems to truly have the customers, employees, and shareholders at the top of their minds. They also seek diversity in the C-suite and do not just talk about the values - they make the effort to live them. Although every person makes mistakes - they have integrity.

Transparency, communication, recognition. Always open doors.

The HR Leadership team is incredible. I have never met an HR team more connected to the employee base, to the real needs and looking to improve every aspect possible. I love how they welcome new employees and how interested in your career growth they are.

Managers are friendly and helpful. Senior executives are out of touch and do not care about the health and wellbeing of their employees.
