Less of a traditional, "corporate" and hierarchical work environment. No cheesy corporate buzzwords printed on the walls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid between 30-50% below market rate for my skills and experience. Would feel better if I was only slightly underpaid.
