Since moving into my new team two years back I really enjoy it. I wish I had more clarity on career progression as I feel the only way I can progress is if my manager moves on which is not what I want. I have a few demanding clients that take more time than they should but overall I am happy.

My manager has been a huge change to how I view the company. I really enjoy my new team, I am treated as an equal and encouraged to take on responsibility and handle high level items independently. I am also told regularly I am doing a good job which is reassuring.
