I enjoy my time working with my company and Im glad to have a supportive team especially my direct line manager. It would be great if we have the chance to meet the team in person to build the relationship and get to know more each other would definitely help in daily work and communication .

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
great leadership is the main reason that provide the positive vibe at the company. maybe because we were not able to meet the co-workers due to Covid. I believe that would make a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
MEDICAL BENEFIT IS ABSOLUTELY UNDERPAID, NUMBER OF ANNUAL LEAVE IS TOO LESS. MONTHLY SALARY SHOULD INCREASE AS WE WORK OVERTIME TO COVER DIFFERNET COWORKER'S TIMEZONE DIFFERENCE THUS THE HOURLY RATE IS LOW IN THAT INSTANCE
