The experience to date has been rewarding and pretty much everything I was looking for when I accepted the offer. The environment fosters learning and collaboration and I feel like it won't be long before I'm making a real impact here and ultimately, with patients in need of better cancer therapies.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're very much a startup but the leadership and the surrounding team is experienced professionally and believe in culture and work/life balance. Sometimes you think of startups being tough environments full of 100-hour weeks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is inclusive and works collaboratively across the company to make important decisions. There's no "my way or the highway" mentality. I think there is a real belief that no one else in the industry has launched a CAR-T well and that it will take an inclusive mindset to innovate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was equitable to what I was making at a much larger company. I've not been here for a bonus cycle but what I've seen makes me confident that my compensation will allow me to not regret going to a smaller company. Any stock in a young company is exciting so the RSU's are probably the best part.
