My team is extremely supportive of scientific endeavors and foster a culture of collaboration. They also are invested in getting to know me as a person outside of the workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the company is that they are invested in the health (both physical and mental) health of the employees which is reflected in the unlimited PTO policy as the company does not want the employees to suffer burnout.
