We're supposedly trying to make the world "greener" but are incredibly wasteful. We "value" our employees but don't pay them liveable wages or respect their personal lives/boundaries.
Nobody's skills are being utilized to the best ability. There's lots of redundancy that's unnecessary. Not having work to do. Not knowing what to do. Not having an SOP for anything. Not having clearly defined roles, being secretive about pay rates.
I feel undervalued in my compensation because I struggle to make ends meet and I work 40+ hours a week with minimal debts, no loans, and no children. Meanwhile I watch the executives romp around doing whatever they want without listening to feedback
