What makes you most happy at work?
Being trusted to make decisions and do my job without being micromanaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My supervisor and his manager both work closely closely with me. They keep me informed, value my input, and trust me to make good decisions on a daily basis with no micromanagement. My peers are supportive and smart. Great to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They focus on keeping the company local by not outsourcing jobs and not selling out to larger players in the cable and broadband game.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay has been stagnant for years after I hit my "pay cap". Regardless of my personal performance, my annual raises are capped at 3%.
