What did you like most about the interview process?

Meeting a lot of people I'd be working with and learning their perspective on things.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people - team, caring, dedicated, mission-oriented. We all care about mission; delivering access to quality behavioral patient care across the continuum!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel I am paid fairly. I feel like an 'owner' with equity consideration. and the annual incentive plan includes all levels in the organization; not just typical management and up.

What makes you most happy at work?

1) The people, the leaders, my co-workers are amazing 2) The mission - I am passionate about how we help people 3) Feeling secure in my role and making significant contributions

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all 'lean in' to help each other, support each other, care for each other, and have a true desire to see us all succeed. There are no crotchety, mean, lazy co-workers. Bureaucracy and power trips from leaders are non-existent.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

A lot. Leaders are diverse, diverse in all aspects of the meaning and come together valuing ideas, contrary or not, as constructive. The open door policy is real. Mtgs or IMs with anyone is possible and leaders respond 100% and timely. They are smart, dedicated, collaborative-all believe in mission.
