I can't say enough great things about Array, its leaders, culture, and mission - I look forward to contributing every day! Like most, I accepted the position and thought (like most new hires do) let's see if all the hype is 'actually' real and true. It was and still is. I'm never leaving.

A lot. Leaders are diverse, diverse in all aspects of the meaning and come together valuing ideas, contrary or not, as constructive. The open door policy is real. Mtgs or IMs with anyone is possible and leaders respond 100% and timely. They are smart, dedicated, collaborative-all believe in mission.

That there is an open-door, transparent culture. I feel as though leadership is truly invested in the company and in empowering their employees to do their best work.
