What do you like best about the leadership team?
accessibility, even though we are all totally remote they make opportunities to be visible and have an open door
A lot. Leaders are diverse, diverse in all aspects of the meaning and come together valuing ideas, contrary or not, as constructive. The open door policy is real. Mtgs or IMs with anyone is possible and leaders respond 100% and timely. They are smart, dedicated, collaborative-all believe in mission.
That there is an open-door, transparent culture. I feel as though leadership is truly invested in the company and in empowering their employees to do their best work.
They care about their people and believe in our mission. Everyone, including leadership, works hard towards our goals.
