I am in leadership so I like the autonomy and freedom to make changes. I only know the anecdotes of the culture across the rest of the org, which isn't great, so I work to make my team have a good culture of performance focus with personal coaching. I'd like better career growth paths.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're focused on the work, not any gossip or internal politics
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart people with same metrics, objective mindset. Not a lot of internal politics
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We use metrics based goals. The only issue is they can change each quarter making it hard to build on what we did in the past.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High compensation compared to Market Rates. I am in sales and would like a portion of the comp plan to have an incentive based structure. EX: Sales commissions
