I enjoy my work at Aurea and I look forward to my daily interactions with clients and teammates. My work has provided me with the opportunity to grow my skills and capacity. The one issue I have is just that I don't feel like my work/contributions are seen by the leadership team.

Knowing that my daily tasks impacts directly on how our clients experiences Aurea. This motivates me daily to give my best and more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like my work/contributions is seen . At the moment I don't have a manager who is interested in my work/growth or who I can discuss my day-to-day challenges/concerns with. My Current Manager in XO only reaches out to me regarding UPTO, nothing else.
