We have a great salary and also awesome benefits like health and training incentives, performance bonuses, good providers for health insurance and 401k.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The competencies interview was great because I was able to share my previous experience with the Talent Acquisition team and be evaluated regarding it. I received all the feedbacks on time and the team was very welcomed of me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard and plays hard! We have passion for what we do every day. We have feedbacks sessions, self, and peer evaluations each quarterly and we usually revisit our process together to make sure that we are ahead of the other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a strong culture and we can see in our day by day all the values from Avenue Code being applicable during our meetings, stand-ups and events. Respect is the most thing important in Avenue Code. Also, Integrity and Collaboration. We are like a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everything! Avenue Code is like my house, I have the pleasure to wake up every day and start my tasks for this company. The way of AC takes care of its collaborators is different. We have a work-life balance, flexible hours, integration between everyone from the company. it is amazing!
