What do you like best about the leadership team?
We truly do have a flat organization, and I like that I can ask our CEO or a Director or a Developer the same question and will get a consistent answer. The L'Ship team has been transparent with us about Compass & Ai/R and still have more questions to answer, but I am confident they'll get there
My leadership team is always available to help and support me when needed and they also trust in my work.

My company is investing a lot to share with their professionals the profit, this is something nice to see.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Charging clients in USD and paying employees with Brazilian Reais
The career progression is paused, and no one is getting promotions or raises, at least that's what I've been told. The food vouchers don't keep up with the rise in food prices and they changed some benefits for worse. Like swapping the Gympass for the Totalpass
Thinking about the actual market state and responsibilities that we carry with us, some improvements on the partnership with training platform like Udemy, Coursera and LinkedIn would change the game for AC. And the salary is not as competitive comparing with company with same approach as here.
I believe that even if at the moment this recognition has not been made, by politics it can soon happen.
It doesn't offer a year-end bonus.

Collaborative, great leadership, great listeners, being open to others' opinions and respectful as such
My Team is great, but the company structure doesn't help much
Collaboration, respect and great communication.
They are very close and engaged to help each others
Everyone is always available and able to help when needed . Everyone is friendly and looks happy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We don't have much contact with other coworkers when we are working in the client.

The projesta that we are involved
Getting to do what I do every day and knowing that if I wasn't good at what I did, I wouldn't be an Avenue Coder. We have the best staff; we hire the best staff and bring those in with best practices and ideas that make us stronger in the marketplace.
