They really care about our satisfaction and personal and professional growth, this is one of the pillars of the company and really make the difference.

We have a leadership team commited in build an awesome place to work. I woud suggest this team should have more people such as Tech managers, this way we would have these managers close to their Managees day by day. Somentimes I feel managers are responsible to many collaborators.

I have a fair salary and also a anual bônus for performance and also the profit-sharing
