The core in our interviews it is not the hard skills but how is your mindset to solve problems and how is you as a person and how you are related we our core values.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a leadership team commited in build an awesome place to work. I woud suggest this team should have more people such as Tech managers, this way we would have these managers close to their Managees day by day. Somentimes I feel managers are responsible to many collaborators.
