What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most is that they care about me as a person and that they are always looking for new ways to increase the team's sense of belonging. I also believe that the respectful work environment we have is a reflection of the leadership values.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very respectful, I felt heard and I had the chance to really showcase my skills and achievements. I believe I was giving a fair chance to show why i would be a good addition to the team. They were also very upfront about challenges I would face, which I appreciate.
