I came with too much anxiety about my work, once i start on avionos I realised that it is not necessary to be so anxious about if i'm doing well or not... Here there is not pressure at all to show wheather I should be the best now or not... I learned here i can do it on my own time.

It's been challenging in all ways, I have been facing a lot situations whare ai've been able to show my capabilities as a lead and I have also been able to learn a bunch of things related to techical staff, however it's been also challenging to work without having good practies or good methodologies

There is not pressure and people let you work at your own times, no micromanage around.

To Focus more in recognition for people and think about people more as people than a simple employee

I have the possibility to learn everyday more bc I have to interact with several platforms in my day-to-day work

It was more like a conversation... all the people i talked with were very friendly and that gives security to speak with confidence.

All of them are available to be supportive with each other... they are easy going people and it is very nice to work together

My Manager is an awesome listener and he is always open to suggestions, also he executes and helps us very fast... he understands the rush of some situations so he executes immediately to help us as a team.
