What did you like most about the interview process?
There are standard interview sessions with managers and teammates, but also a presentation component. The presentation gives candidates a chance to prepare something specifically and offers an additional context for both the candidate and the company which helps everyone learn more about each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The dedication of not just the leadership team, but the whole group of founders, really believe in what they created. When you can feel the passion of leadership, it makes it so much easier to want to be a part of it and contribute your best every day. They are truly inspirational.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I get the opportunity to work with daily are so smart and supportive. Even if I am having a bad day, I know that the people around me will help me out however the can. Plus the projects we get to work on are energizing. When you are building a brand - and a category - things get FUN!
