Even though I'm contracted with potential to be full-time, I feel like I'm treated just like everyone else. This company is growing so fast, so while other competitors are having layoffs, we're hiring as fast as we can. Makes me feel secure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a contracted worker, so I don't get full-time benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing my ideas will be listened to. Leadership is always willing to give my suggestions a shot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
These aren't just coworkers, these are friends. Even though I usually work remotely, I connect with everyone, and culture efforts are legitimate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put their money where their mouth is. All the climate goals aren't just green washing: these values are taken seriously, and I admire that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No micromanagement. Sometimes I get migraines, so I just put my Slack status to "BRB" and go do what I need to do. Everyone trusts that you'll get your work done.
