Constantly asking for feedback and constantly adapting and putting our requests into real action and change in the company
What makes you most happy at work?
I find what I do really interesting and I have a lot of flexibility to get involved in projects that I'm interested even if not technically in my "job description"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They cover all medical expenses (nothing comes out of my paycheck). The maternity leave is one of the best is the country (USA) and they add a lot of $$ into our 401Ks (match not required)!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They practice what they preach. The mission and values aren't just a slide deck to check off a box. They put a lot of time, effort & $$ into elevating women, LGBTQ & minorities into positions of power.
