I believe in the company, but not in my direct line manager or the local leadership in our office. They lack compassion and empathy for people who have life experiences that differ from their own. It doesn't help that our head of HR and office lead are both not married and neither have children.

Accomplishments of big, complicated tasks & building relationships
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a whole BCG seems support of their employees in giving them flexibility to WFH.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Food is provided in the office every day, snacks, beverages, etc. Generally they seem to at least try to be inclusive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increase, clear steps to get the next promotion, transparency about what's needed to get promoted, mentor program with someone who can really coach and help train and develop employees, recognition for hard work!
