My team is very honest and open together and we create an environment where we're able to provide feedback and get to know each other beyond work (personal, family, etc)
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do is very rewarding and I love seeing the impact I make on others and how others impact me. A very supportive environment that actively celebrates the wins and successes
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the open communication and how proactive they are to send out internal comms. nearly immediately after current events/tragedies. It shows me not only do they care but want to extend help or support to those impacted or grieving
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that I do not have to pay any co-pays for AMAZING coverage and that my dependents are covered as well. I appreciate that BST is included in having a work cell phone because I would be much more stressed out if it was all on my personal phone
