My team is the bees-knees. We work together efficiently and effectively. We support each other mentally, physically, and we are a true bonded family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We strive to make work fun for everyone who walks through the door. We are laughing, smiling, and learning daily and it makes everything feel right at home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though the commission structure is difficult. Not everyone that walks into the store will believe in the value of our products the way we will. We can maximize commissions by utilizing sales strategies at times, but the work put in doesn’t match the pay we get.
