Well rounded group of unique, compassionate, and driven young leaders that make setting goals fun.

They arent yo hands on but still there

We need a new store manager first off, a leader that will lead by example, I dont know how she got a store manager position but she does NOT deserve it....

Listening and actually taking care if issues brought to their attention.

Their lack of compassion is embarrassing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that I work very hard and get nowhere. I sell a lot and make money for our company. I value our company. My adjusted guarantee is good however comission not so much.

She said that I got a raise but never seen it on my paycheck, asked her multiple times about it and kept blowing it off till finally she said she forgot to submit it

I believe seamstresses should make a better wage because it is a professional job that requires much more knowledge than someone walking in off the street with little to no experience.

I work in one the busist buildings and get 14$ while building that have less of a work load get paid more.

Assistant manager needs fired or reevaulated

Better attutiudes throughout everyone in the building

People need to motivate each other. The more people are uplifted and encouraged the more likely they'll sell meaning the store will make more money as well. By being negative the store does not have a comfortable atmosphere.
