Well rounded group of unique, compassionate, and driven young leaders that make setting goals fun.
They arent yo hands on but still there
Approachable, reasonably accommodating to employee work-related requests, willing to discuss issues/concerns on a level playing ground, generally friendly. There is no room for arbitration or compromise in terms of task or facility assignments.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need a new store manager first off, a leader that will lead by example, I dont know how she got a store manager position but she does NOT deserve it....
Listening and actually taking care if issues brought to their attention.
Their lack of compassion is embarrassing
Communication amongst coworkers so the team can better work together.

The base plus commission setup in store jobs can be very fruitful to anyone working hard to earn their part
All of it its really great

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I work very hard and get nowhere. I sell a lot and make money for our company. I value our company. My adjusted guarantee is good however comission not so much.
She said that I got a raise but never seen it on my paycheck, asked her multiple times about it and kept blowing it off till finally she said she forgot to submit it
I believe seamstresses should make a better wage because it is a professional job that requires much more knowledge than someone walking in off the street with little to no experience.
I work in one the busist buildings and get 14$ while building that have less of a work load get paid more.

Very nice, and works reslly hard

We work hard. Most of is put the same efforts in.
Making sure what we are doing works for the guest to make the experience better
We know each other's strengths and weaknesses and how to be the best team that day

Communication professionalism not stabbing each other in the back. Supportive management that does not put your private convesations on display for others to use as weapons againts you at work

The experience we are able to provide to customers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The way they review there mangers
Assistant manager needs fired or reevaulated
Better attutiudes throughout everyone in the building
People need to motivate each other. The more people are uplifted and encouraged the more likely they'll sell meaning the store will make more money as well. By being negative the store does not have a comfortable atmosphere.

I liked the energy if the interview and the connection But then I found out by working I was manipulated and gaslite

Helping people step out of there normal and seeing them love if
Making people happy when they step out of the comforts zone
Helping guests! Surprising guests when they think we will not have their size of denim.

I love creating presentations on the sales floor, I truly makes me happy that when I come into work It doesn't feel like work. It feels like a hobby and I love working here. I truly want to grow in the company where I can impact other people of this job.
