Sales workers performance based commission so they are always excited to help the customers and they come back for the service as much as for the clothing
High energy always looking on rhe brightside.
The work atmosphere is reasonably fast-paced but the this varies from task to task and the level of responsibilities assigned to teammate. Vast majority of supervisors and managers are easy-going, friendly, and willing to assist you with or answer any job-related problems/concerns.
Always be positive and give the best service possible.

Our culture is a culture of caring for our guests that visit the store and each other as Teammates.
We strive to make work fun for everyone who walks through the door. We are laughing, smiling, and learning daily and it makes everything feel right at home.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The way they review there mangers
Assistant manager needs fired or reevaulated
Better attutiudes throughout everyone in the building
People need to motivate each other. The more people are uplifted and encouraged the more likely they'll sell meaning the store will make more money as well. By being negative the store does not have a comfortable atmosphere.
