The leadership team does not encourage or motivate one another. The leadership team wants others to act as their subordinates so that they can take their commission sales. This team should not be allowed to manage others.

The best thing the Buckle Inc. has to offer is the discount on clothes for those working for the company. The store hardly has promotions so it is a great thing to have if you're looking to stock up your closet with new clothes.

I feel as though the commission structure is difficult. Not everyone that walks into the store will believe in the value of our products the way we will. We can maximize commissions by utilizing sales strategies at times, but the work put in doesn’t match the pay we get.

While the team hardly works together to help a single customer out (because they won't receive commission) they are helpful in helping clean up other peoples sections to get home for the day. Otherwise the store is a battlefield for associates.

People need to motivate each other. The more people are uplifted and encouraged the more likely they'll sell meaning the store will make more money as well. By being negative the store does not have a comfortable atmosphere.

The interview was quick and to the point. There was no second meeting you just met with the general manager he asked a few questions and that was it. There should be nothing to worry about if you are able to converse.
