I enjoy working here. It's very fun and very challenging. We just get paid poorly. 3% raise with inflation at 7%, we're getting absolutely screwed. It's a fun job, it's not a career.

People love golf and like making the best product they can. That's fun to be around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Double it. Can't afford to live in CA. I can't buy a home or have kids on this salary
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're great at making money for the stock holders. chip seemed to time the market exactly right when he sold $15MM of stock at the exact peak. Love to see it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people on my team are great people. Nice friends. But we all think we're getting way underpaid. We will all leave in the next 2-4 years cause we want to buy houses and have families and we can't do it here.
