The work has been challenging in a fun way. We're growing and building the future. We think medium and long-term about the business, which means we're working on innovative areas that take a little longer to build. I learn every day.

My overall experience with the company through the last 1.5 years working there have been great. It great work place environment, where given many opportunities to grow and learn new things out of box.

My experience here has been mostly positive, but at times very frustrating. Things move very slowly, the pay is not competitive, but there is freedom here, too. It's hard to get promoted without taking on (at times) an additional role to prove you can handle the responsibility. People are burnt out.

Callaway is a fun company to work at with the right amount of challenge for professional growth and opportunity. The people here are respectful, inspiring and encouraging. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work and products we produce. Our customer are the best!

I love the company, but I feel that they do not do enough to retain employees. People are dropping fairly quickly at the NADC because the feeling is overworked and undervalued. However, the group is very close knit and we all love Callaway as a company.

The team is approachable and cares about making the best products possible. The show appreciation by having events in the field with the sales teams and at the headquarters. Our leaders participate in events. too.

Leadership team provides adequate guidance, training and support to the team to ensure team perform optimally. They trust the team to deliver and provide good result for their products/duties.

Approachable, kind, available. The leaders seem to have a mentorship attitude which is helpful for morale.

Certain levels outside of executives should have stock options as well as country club memberships. These are fairly inexpensive perks that add extraordinary benefits to the employee.

I know that I am valued, but I feel taken advantage of. I have been seen as a leader since my first year here, yet after two promotions I'm expected to act like a manager without a manager title or $. I am heavily relied upon and continue to take on more responsibility without a clear path forward.

Double it. Can't afford to live in CA. I can't buy a home or have kids on this salary

Our team's are collaborative and works well together. Our culture is very respectful and people like to have fun at work.
