My experience here has been mostly positive, but at times very frustrating. Things move very slowly, the pay is not competitive, but there is freedom here, too. It's hard to get promoted without taking on (at times) an additional role to prove you can handle the responsibility. People are burnt out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the Callaway environment is that the people you work with care about you.

The leadership team at Callaway is focused on meeting company goals and each department doing their part of helping achieve those goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is growing in my field. I like that we get to try new things and work with players to make content that golfers enjoy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so fun to be around and they all bring different strengths to the table. We make each other better constantly and we all want to make the best golf content that we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I am valued, but I feel taken advantage of. I have been seen as a leader since my first year here, yet after two promotions I'm expected to act like a manager without a manager title or $. I am heavily relied upon and continue to take on more responsibility without a clear path forward.
