Doing meaningful work. We're making golf accessible to everyone and encouraging diversity and inclusiveness as a company. I feel supported to try new things.

The team is approachable and cares about making the best products possible. The show appreciation by having events in the field with the sales teams and at the headquarters. Our leaders participate in events. too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like they had high standards and I had to earn a spot on the team. That made me realize I would be working with others who were high performers too. This is a company with low turnover and high loyalty. Everyone is very proud of the quality products we make.
